Titanic Quarters Belfast by Glenn Miles

Titanic Quarters Belfast

I captured this image in black and white infrared to give a more atmospheric perspective of the Titanic quarters in Belfast, N.Ireland. This is the home of the famous ship Titanic which tragically sunk in April 1912. The ship in the foreground is the SS Nomadic built in 1911 and now restored. She was built to transfer passengers and mail to RMS Olympic and RMS Titanic. It is the only white star line vessel in existence today. The building in the distance is the drawing-rooms where the Titanic was originally designed. To the left of it is the new Titanic visitors center built on the exact spot where the Titanic was built and launched.
